Mon, 25 August 2008  Good Morning Gentle Readers and Listeners! Today's lesson from Rev. Heather Withers is entitled 7 Steps to Mastery: Lessons from the Life of Jesus. 4. He Stayed Focused. Several folks, well Teresa Propes, Phil Clausen, Mary Nakadate and Mary Cochran, talked today as part of the lesson. Teresa's part was kind of in the form of a skit. After listening to the podcast, I found that it really helps to see the skit as well as listen. The gist of it was that Teresa was trying to focus on meditating but had numerous thoughts going through her head while trying to settle down to meditate. Heather was talking in the background while Teresa's mind was going a hundred miles per hour.
